Kell, Charles
Charles Kell is a PhD student at The University of Rhode Island and editor of The Ocean State Review. His poetry has appeared in The New Orleans Review, The Open Mouse, and elsewhere, and is forthcoming in The American Journal of Poetry, Kestrel, and the Pinch.
