I won't--
I watched a girl swinging at the playground, alone, and that wondrous, elating temptation overwhelmed me again.
I found a white rose in the bushes. Plucking it caused thorns to stab my finger. I'd rather see blood seep from her.
She smiled when I gave it to her. I grabbed her and rushed away. Her screams echoed in the air like muffled church bells. Now she's succumb to silence.
The liquid crimson cascades from her holy body. It sprays onto my face and turns my teeth red, leaving a copperas aftertaste.
The blade still feels icy at its base. At the top, there's pure warmth, like strawberry syrup she may have put on ice cream sundaes.
I leave her there and dash away. After all, Janet thinks I'm still at the racetracks, and Bobby is trying to finish his homework before supper.
